Inspired by the botanical fruits and figs of the walled garden on the estate, this one-off bespoke Irish gin has been specially created for Adare Manor.  Uniquely flavoured with fig, Adare Manor Garden Gin comprises of 17 botanicals, with black lemon and Irish gorse flower also at the core. Trialled and tasted at Midleton’s dynamic micro-distillery in County Cork, the blend of botanicals delivers a richly satisfying gin with a spicy, earthy focus enlivened by citrus, all supporting the central flavour and aroma of fig. Included with each bottle is a bespoke mini cocktail recipe book of unique cocktails created by our Resort Mixologist specifically for our new Garden Gin, which can be easily prepared at home.
