The 2010 Cognac Cask is a limited edition rare cask finished, cask strength (53.8% ABV) and non chill-filtered Irish single malt.
Taste: An initial hit of sweet caramel and ripe pear, followed swiftly by flavours of dried dates, sultanas, figs and a hint of almond. This develops into sweet vanilla, warm cinnamon and delicate spices, perfectly showcasing the character of Bushmills and the remarkable aged cognac that was previously housed in these rare casks
