After many hours of chopping, simmering, bubbling, tasting and wonderful aromas drifting out from the Adare Manor kitchens, our executive chefs finally chose these six delectable chutneys and preserves to include in this collection. Once the recipes were perfect, we collaborated with the artisans at Crossogue in County Tipperary, the same team that  had already helped us produce our beloved jams and breakfast marmalade.
