After many hours of chopping, simmering, bubbling, tasting and wonderful aromas drifting out from the Adare Manor kitchens, our executive chefs collaborated with the artisans at Crossogue in County Tipperary, the same team that had already helped us produce our beloved jams and breakfast marmalade, to curate these six delicious chutneys. They make all their preserves in small batches, right there on the farm, and you can taste the care and craft that goes into every jar.
Our new preserve collection includes six flavours, all inspired by the produce of the Adare Manor gardens and landscape: Apple Raisin and Ginger Chutney, Beetroot, Thyme and Orange Chutney, Crab Apple Jelly, Damson Port jelly, Gooseberry Chutney and Spicy Tomato Apple Chutney. After their debut on the Michelin-starred Oak Room cheese trolley, we decided to offer them to you here.
