After many hours of chopping, simmering, bubbling, tasting and wonderful aromas drifting out from the Adare Manor kitchens, our executive chefs finally chose these six delectable chutneys and preserves to include in this collection. Once the recipes were perfect, we collaborated with the artisans atCrossogue in County Tipperary, the same teamthat had already helped us produce our beloved jams and breakfast marmalade. They make all their preserves in small batches, right there on the farm, and you can taste the care and craft that goes into every jar.
