It’s time for a treat with this Chocolate Brownie recipe courtesy of our Executive Pastry Chef! We hope you enjoy making them.
115g dark chocolate
200g brown sugar
30g cocoa powder
Melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave on a low temperature.
Once melted, add in the rest of the ingredients, giving it a good mix.
Once complete, pour the mixture into a square mould pre-lined with baking paper (we have used a 20cm x 20cm square mould).
Bake in the oven at 170c for approximately 20 minutes.
Timings may vary based on your oven.
Grate some chocolate on top as a finishing touch, serve and enjoy.
