The Chocolate Room

Having a team of passionate chocolatiers has its advantages. Any special occasion calls for the invention of a special new confection, handmade in our hidden chocolate room. We have always provided these chocolates as a little in-room surprise to guests with something to celebrate, but now you can treat yourself or someone special any time you like.
We are delighted to have launched the final piece of our restoration, renovation and expansion project with the highly-anticipated debut of The Carriage House in mid May. Designed as a resort all-day dining destination, The Carriage House is complete with an exceptional grill restaurant, glamorous cocktail bar and lounge, spacious glazed terrace, cigar lounge and private dining room.
